About Nature Coast Kitty Cuisine

Nature Coast Kitty Cuisine started with a simple idea: make cat food from real, recognizable ingredients and be transparent about what goes into every batch.
Located on Florida’s Nature Coast, we produce carefully cooked, small-batch cat food using quality ingredients, including chicken, vital organs, vegetables, eggs, rice, and locally harvested Gulf shrimp in select recipes. Whenever possible, we support local businesses and suppliers right here in our community
Our food is prepared in small batches rather than mass-produced. Each recipe is laboratory analyzed, clearly labeled, and made with the same care and attention we expect for the cats in our own home.
We believe cat owners should be able to look at an ingredient list and actually understand what they’re feeding their animals. No mystery ingredients. No fancy language designed to hide what’s inside. Just straightforward food made for cats.
Nature Coast Kitty Cuisine is a small local business with bigger goals, but we never want to lose what makes us different: small batches, quality ingredients, transparency, and a genuine connection to the community we call home.
From Florida’s Nature Coast to your cat’s bowl

Our Ingredients

Real ingredients. Nothing to hide.

At Nature Coast Kitty Cuisine, we believe you should recognize the ingredients in your cat’s food. That’s why our pâtés are made in small batches using simple ingredients we carefully select for our recipes.
We believe in transparency. What you see on our ingredient label is what goes into the food.

Chicken

Chicken is the foundation of our pâté recipes and provides high-quality animal protein. We
prepare our chicken as part of each carefully cooked, small batch.

Chicken Hearts & Vital Organs

We intentionally include chicken hearts and vital organs in our recipes. Organ meats are naturally nutrient-dense and provide nutrients cats obtain from animal-based foods.

Our vital organs are sourced locally through Angus Wholesale Meats in Dunnellon, Florida, helping us support another small business in our community.

Gulf Shrimp

Our Chicken/Shrimp Pâté contains locally harvested Gulf shrimp, supplied by Brooks Dockside Seafood in Inglis, Florida.
Using locally sourced shrimp doesn’t just give us control over where an ingredient comes from—it allows us to support the fishermen and businesses of Florida’s Nature Coast.

Eggs

Whole eggs provide additional animal protein and naturally occurring nutrients while contributing to the texture and consistency of our pâté.

Pumpkin

Pumpkin adds fiber and moisture while helping give our pâté its characteristic texture.

Broccoli

A small amount of broccoli provides additional fiber and nutrients as part of our recipe.

Rice

We use a modest amount of cooked rice to help provide structure and consistency to the finished pâté.

Water

Yes, we list water too.
Water is added during preparation to create the moisture and consistency we want in our finished pâté. If it goes into the recipe, we believe you deserve to know about it.

Different Recipes. Same Philosophy.

Whether you choose our Chicken Pâté or Chicken/Shrimp Pâté, our approach remains the same: small batches, recognizable ingredients, straightforward labeling, and transparency about what we’re feeding your cat.
We don’t believe a pet-food ingredient list should require a dictionary.
Know what’s in the bowl.

One thing I’d add directly below this on the website is a button for “View Laboratory Analysis.”
That creates a really nice progression for a skeptical new customer:

Ingredients → why they’re there → actual lab results.

The images below are the finished back labels for each product. Please use these exact images as provided on the Laboratory Analysis page—do not recreate, reformat, or alter them. Customers should be able to view all three labels and click or tap each image to enlarge it for easier reading.
